Winter brings with it a bunch of wonderful things, such as the holiday season and everything that goes along with that. Although it gets cold, there are plenty of activities to enjoy that will warm you up.

1. Work out at the gym
This is something you probably didn't think of at first, and that's understandable. The gym is a great place to go to during winter because of the benefits. Physical activity releases feel-good endorphins that will help with any seasonal depression you are feeling.
You and your partner can also start getting your summer bodies ready. Don't be fooled -- summer bodies are made during the winter. Going to the gym is (literally) the hottest things you can do, because whether you're lifting weights or doing a ton of cardio, you'll be sweating A LOT.
2. Ski or snowboard
Skiing and snowboarding are the top things to do during winter. It's a way to really enjoy the snow, since you're usually just shoveling it up. They might be outdoor activities, but you'll be sweating in no time. Skiing and snowboarding are great for you thrill seekers.
3. Enjoy the views
This will take some research, but towns usually decorate their busiest streets with beautiful lights and holiday displays. Take your partner for a romantic stroll down one of these streets to admire the view at night. Stop for some hot chocolate to stay warm!
4. Shop 'til you drop
Staying warm during the cold means dressing for the weather. Pick a day with your partner to shop at your favorite stores. It'll get you out of the house, and you'll be able to take advantage of all the pre-Christmas (and after Christmas) sales. 5. Visit a spa
During the holidays, you should remember to take care of yourself and your partner. Appreciate the little things. Perhaps, you should treat yourself (and your partner) to a nice spa day. Did I hear someone say couple's massage?
6. Cuddle
When you and your partner don't want to be in the cold, stay in. Cuddling is one of the best things to do with your partner on several levels. Physically, it brings you closer together. And while establishing a physical connection, it strengthens your emotional connection.
